How long does it take to get my product after I place my order?It takes us 3 to 5 days to process and mail your order. If there is a reason that prevents that time frame, we will notify you.

Is there an extra charge for using a non-USPS carrier?Yes. You will be responsible for the charges. We will send you an invoice with a secure payment link. Payment must be made prior to the product’s shipment.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?We use USPS. Please let us know if you’d like to use another carrier.

How does your Referral Program work?When you refer someone who completes (places and pays for) an order, they will be able to enter your name and email address during checkout. We will then email the referral discount information to you for your use. The person who was referred will also receive a discount on their first order. Discounts CANNOT be STACKED.

What does "Discount cannot be stacked" means?It means that only one discount can be used with an order. Ex: You cannot use a referral discount with a sale item; it's one or the other.

Is there a separate charge for the design that’s on the product?No.

What forms of decoration do you offer?We offer Embroidery, Sublimation printing, Laser Engraving and Vinyl designs.

Can I give you a picture of a design I saw for you to put onto my garment?We do not do that because copyright laws can be broken and because it is not ethical and it is illegal to steal another professional's work. Please DO NOT ASK US to do that.

Do you offer screen printing?No, we do not.

How long will my order take?Your order may take 3 to 10 business days but could take less time. When you place your order, we process it in the order that it is received then send a proof to you for editing or approval. This may take a few days. When you give us your approval it is completed in the order that your approval is received. Depending on how many other orders are ahead of yours, determines how quickly it is completed and delivered to you.

What is full-color printing?It is printing without restricting the number of color combinations, called Sublimation. This printing is permanent on soft and on hard products.

May I give you my garment to embroidery my design on?We prefer to embroider on our items because they are made specifically for embellishment/decoration.

What happens to my stitch file after I pay for it?We store it permanently and use it to decorate your apparel whenever you place an order, using the same design.

What type of embellishment/decoration do you offer?We offer vinyl cut designs, full-color printing, embroidery and laser engraving.

Why is there a minimum for screen printing?The cost of setting up screens for each color becomes expensive to do less than 12 pieces. When printing multi-color prints – or even one color – becomes less expensive after the 12th piece.
