We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. While we collect credit card  information, it is not stored; just used for payment processing purposes. We do not sell or share any of the information that is collected with anyone. 

USE AND LICENSING POLICY

Amazing You Products, LLC ("Amazing You," "we" or "us") is an employee-owned company. All of the designs that you see on our website are purchased or produced by Amazing You Products. We own all of the Designs that we created and only own the rights to use the ones that we purchased. We are not able to sell designs that are not stitched on a product. By accessing this website and purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms of our Licensing and Use Policy.

​LICENSE TO USE OUR DESIGNS

​When you purchase a product, the design remains the property of the designer therefore you cannot copy or have someone copy and use the design for your purpose or for their purpose. Please DO NOT ask us to copy someone’s design because that is illegal and unethical; we will not do that.

You are NOT allowed to edit any design in any manner for any reason.

​PROHIBITED USES OF OUR COPYRIGHT PROTECTED PROPERTY

​We own the copyright in the photos and other images posted on our site. Please do not use our photographs or other images for any purpose.  We put a great deal of time and effort into our videos which  are for individual use only, so please do not republish or distribute them in any way without our written permission. RETURN POLICY

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.  Customer must call for a RAN (return authorization number) within seven (7) days of receipt of your product before returning an item by mail.  The RAN must appear next to customer’s return address. Mail returns without a RAN will not be accepted.  Item must be received within 30 days after receiving the RAN.

* Defective product: Exchange or refund with original receipt and the product must be in the same condition received. Claim must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise, and we must receive the product within 30 days after the claim is made.

* Logo digitizing or custom decorated item: No refund

* Customer changes mind: No refund

We cannot refund shipping cost unless we made an error with your order, or it was defective.

​REFUND POLICY

All authorized refunds will be processed promptly when the return is received according to instructions. Your refund will be credited to you in the same form that your purchase was made.

​SHIPPING POLICY

Products are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 days after your order is placed. We will notify you that your order has shipped and will provide the tracking number. Orders are shipped via USPS and we cannot be responsible for any delay that may occur once the package is in the possession of the carrier. If you wish to use another carrier/shipper, please advise us at the time of your order. We will email a secure invoice for the cost of shipping with your carrier of choice and must receive payment prior to shipping your order.
